If you are having problems with your health, their are a few things you need to look at. The obvious one of course is diet. Food has a major impact on the body. Eating the wrong types of food can create a chemical imbalance which can cause all kinds of problems which can not only affect your health but your state of mind.
Be aware of how food affects you, take notice did your last meal make you feel lethargic? Did it make you feel energetic? Were you spaced out? The list goes on, but you get the idea. Now take note of what you ate at your last meal and the mood or feelings you had after it. By keeping a diary of what you of everything you eat and the effect it has on you. Then when you eat those same foods again you will know which foods to eliminate from your diet.
Exercise is the next area to attend to for your complete well-being. Here it is too easy to overdo it and then never do it again. Always err on the side of caution. Take it easy and build up an exercise routine very slowly starting with walks..etc.
This is an area that most people don't think about, mental health. What you read, what you watch and what you think are very important for physical well-being.
