What is important for Health?
Health is a holistic approach to life. It is not just about food and exercise.
You need to look at what you read and watch. Is it inspiring, does it motivate you or depress you? If you are reading/watching too many things that are negative this can be detrimental to your health, it affects your reaction to the world in general.
It is also important to look at the people who surround you. Do they want the most out of you or are they constantly telling you that you'll never amount to much? Having these influences in your life can adversely affect your health and well-being.
What about your environment?
What about your environment? Do your surroundings make you feel good or you can't wait to get out of that place? These are serious considerations to get the life you want!
Happiness is not money, it is a total belief in yourself, whether or not other people believe in you or not! This is probably the most crucial part of your well-being, having an unshakeable faith in yourself even when everything in your life is going wrong. The ‘I'm going to show them!' is better than ‘Why me?'
What do you do to change your circumstances?
What do you do to change your circumstances? Start with re-educating yourself. The Internet is full of free advice and courses in almost any field. Find out what you want to do with your life in terms of the company you want to keep, the skills you would like to acquire and the place you would like to live.
The next part is working out a plan of how you are going to achieve this!
Daily, 2 times a week or weekly goals. Obviously the more you put in the more you are going to get out!
Your schedule might go something like this:
1-hour researching skills necessary to achieve your goals.
1-hour looking at opportunities that will help you fulfil your financial goals.
1-hour finding new friends on the Internet or the neighbourhood.
1-hour looking for a new area to live.
It is important for you to achieve your goals!
Your plan will look different but is very important for you to achieve your goals realistically. Without a plan, you will have a hard time getting anywhere.
The next thing is working out how long you think it will take! Be realistic with yourself, 1-2-3-4-5 years? 5 years is a more realistic time frame to achieve success in your financial/health goals.
If you have any questions I will be more than happy to answer them in the comments below. I have had success in a number of businesses and am now working on the Internet which is far easier than a traditional business, but there is still a lot of work to do!
